Former associates of evangelist and grifter Sean Feught accuse of him of multiple failures

FEUCHT, former worship leader at Bethel Church in California, is a particularly nasty piece of work, especially regarding LGBT+ communities.

His homophobia has been documented over many years, but it was not until this week that those involved with the blond buffoon have scathingly spoken out against his other faults, including longstanding and serious moral, ethical, financial, organisational, and governance failures.

The statement they issued urges Feucht’s removal from leadership and financial stewardship positions.

His former associates said.

To remain silent about the dangers of Sean’s sin is not Biblical nor loving and it dishonors Sean and these board members, Sean’s victims, and those who are exposed to him via social media platforms and in-person events.

The allegations describe a longstanding pattern of moral and ethical misconduct, including manipulation, exaggeration, control, lying, gaslighting, and spiritual and emotional abuse by Feucht.

The signers were all associated in various capacities with Burn 24/7, a group Feucht started in 2006 that hosts regular prayer and worship gatherings in cities around the world, Ministry Watch reported.

Their accusations detail how Feucht:

Has consistently used his public platform to portray a persona inconsistent with his private conduct.

The signers also claim Feucht has “has misrepresented ministry activities by exaggeration and outright lies,” which they say include “ceaseless financial solicitation intermingled with his grandiose visions, which has led to untold financial gain and a steady stream of unpaid labor from volunteers.”

We have consistently witnessed Sean publicly point his finger at the sin of the world yet repeatedly fail to take responsibility for acknowledging, repenting of and turning away from his own serious and habitual sin.

Among financial improprieties committed by Feucht, his accusers claim he repeatedly diverted donations to personal accounts, used business credit cards for personal expenses, inflated prices paid to vendors, and used ministry funds to amass a huge real estate portfolio at his donors’ expense.

The accusations corroborate a recent MinistryWatch database report that gave Sean Feucht Ministries an “F” transparency grade, no stars for financial efficiency, and a donor confidence score of 19 out of 100, meaning donors should withhold giving.

It’s no surprise that the evangelist participated in a White House prayer session with the Trump in 2019. Birds of a feather and all that.

Has any pastor not committed a crime?

  2. Pastors and crimes.

They commit a crime by believing harmful superstition and indoctrinating others. Or pretend to believe in superstition and over the centuries have held back scientific progress. They have punished those who do not say they believe. They have great numbers of paedophiles in their ranks.
