USING artificial intelligence, a Swiss church has created what is believed tp be the world’s first Jesus avatar designed to give first-hand “spiritual advice” to the those dumb enough to think Mary’s illigitimate son has anything worthwhile to say.

According to this report, AI Jesus, located in a confessional at St Peter’s Chapel in Lucerne, tends to answer questions with more questions. For example, when asked why women aren’t allowed to become priests, the avatar replied:

The scriptures teach that certain roles are defined within the church. Each role and task has its place in God’s plan. How can you promote peace and harmony in your life?

AI Jesus dispenses this sort of crap in ten different languages and draws on the New Testament to offer guidance, advice and deliver sermons.

AI Jesus is the brainchild of the church working in tandem with a team from the Immersive Realities Research Lab at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.

One blockhead who engaged with AI Jesus is quoted as saying:

Although it is a machine, it gave me so much advice. I felt taken care of. And I walked out really consoled.

You can see a video of this silly use of AI here.

Two questions I would ask the thing is “When are gonna come back, as promised, and deal with all the horrors inflicted on humankind by the ghastly religion you spawned? And when will you get a decent bloody haircut?

  1. Next development will be a robotic version to replace the clerics, with communion and delivery of its own blood and flesh by drone; churches will be redundant and converted into apartments: The end is nigh!

  2. Bloody hell. What next? I suppose as long as there are people prepared to support paedophile preachers and allow so much human trash to take their money the end is nowhere in sight.

      2. Well done. We need to recognise the positives. Or should that be the positive?
